Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Rymiq AI ("Rymiq", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information in connection with the Rymiq AI automation platform.
Information we collect
We collect account and billing information you provide directly, usage and log data generated as you use the platform, and content processed by AI agents on your behalf, such as customer conversations and connected system data.
How we use information
We use collected information to operate, secure and improve the platform, to provide customer support, to power the AI agents configured for your account, and to meet legal and contractual obligations. We do not use your data to train shared or third-party foundation models.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Access is governed by role-based permissions, and all agent and administrator actions are logged for audit purposes.
Data retention & your rights
We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
Third parties
We share data with subprocessors and integration partners only as necessary to provide the service, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations, and never sell personal data to third parties.
Terms of Service
Agreement
By accessing or using the Rymiq AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any order form or agreement executed between you and Rymiq AI. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
License & acceptable use
Rymiq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in a manner that violates applicable law.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for ensuring your use of AI agents complies with applicable laws and your own internal policies.
Availability & support
We aim to maintain high platform availability and provide support in accordance with your plan. Scheduled maintenance and support terms are detailed in your order form or a separate service level agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rymiq AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, beyond the amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement as set out in your order form. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases, and we will make your data available for export for a limited period as described in your agreement.
