A Synthflow alternative that doesn’t start at $30,000 a year
Synthflow moved upmarket: its pricing page now lists Enterprise from $30,000 annually, scoped on a call. If you liked the no-code builder but not the contract, this is the comparison.
What changed at Synthflow
Synthflow built its reputation on being the approachable, no-code voice platform — a drag-and-drop builder, bundled pricing, fast deployment, no engineering required. Its current pricing page lists a single Enterprise plan starting at $30,000 annually, with final pricing scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony setup, integrations, security needs and launch support.
That is a reasonable business decision and Synthflow remains a good product. It just means the segment it originally served — small teams who wanted a voice agent without a developer — no longer has a door to walk through. That is the gap this page is about.
Rymiq is the same shape of product for that segment: no-code builder, bundled per-minute pricing, fast to deploy. A free plan, ₹1,999 / $29 a month to start, ₹4,999 / $69 for full AI calling with 600 minutes included, and ₹5.00 / $0.10 a minute after that. The full ladder is on the pricing page.
Where Synthflow is still the better choice
If you are at enterprise scale, $30,000 a year is not the obstacle — it is the price of a serious deployment, and what it buys is real: enterprise SLAs, native telephony or approved enterprise carriers, custom concurrency planning and routing logic, MSA and DPA support, a security review, and a team that implements it with you.
Synthflow also has a longer track record on sub-400ms latency at high concurrency and a deeper contact-centre integration catalogue. If you are replacing a contact centre rather than adding an agent to a business, that experience is worth paying for and we would not pretend otherwise.
Pick Rymiq when the deployment is measured in agents rather than in seats, when you want to be live this week, and when the budget conversation is a card rather than a contract.
What you keep
One caveat that applies to every platform here, including ours: none of these prices include the phone line. Rymiq calls dial out over your own VOIPstudio line, Retell and Vapi bill Twilio or Telnyx separately, and carrier minutes run roughly $0.008–$0.014 a minute on top. Anyone quoting an all-in number without mentioning telephony is rounding down.
